  • Understanding the Five Behaviors Model

    Pat Lencioni introduced the concept in his best-selling book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team." The time has come to learn how to overcome these dysfunctions and to turn them into positive behaviors!

    The process begins with team members completing a profile, ranking the team on each of the five behaviors. The result is a dynamic representation of what is truly happening within the team. The team members explore their results in a very impactful facilitation session, often taken place over a couple day retreat.

    That's only the start! The hard work is what the team does once they leave their retreat!

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team brings an ongoing process to your team. After you've gone through the facilitation and implemented some of your new approaches, it's typical for a team to complete a team progress report.
