With more than 20 years of HR Consulting experience working with small businesses, I know there isn't a "one size fits all" approach to making improvements and solving workplace challenges. I pride myself on bringing a high-touch approach to helping develop individuals and teams through increased awareness, active engagement and productive communication.

Having worked primarily with the non-profit sector, I also recognize the need to find tailored solutions that have lasting impact without breaking the budget! As a Five ​Behaviors ​of ​a ​Cohesive ​Team™ Authorized Partner, I am happy to partner with human resource professionals who prefer to facilitate sessions with their own internal learning & development staff rather than working with an outside consultant.
