Through the use of activities, video review, and discussion, your team will be led through the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Model. The program is an assessment based learning experience that helps individuals and organization understand what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team.
During the program your team will see how they score on the key components of the Five Behaviors model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Each individual on the team will also learn about their own Myers Briggs Style and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.
Team members will leave the session with an action plan designed to improve performance.
