Kibbey Leadership Solutions designs and delivers management and leadership seminars and services to public and private sector organizations. Seminars focus on the many issues surrounding leadership, motivation, communication, and team dynamics. Lorna Kibbey is a keynote speaker and session speaker and has spoken at a large variety of conferences and meetings.     Through the use of activities, video review, and discussion, your team will be led through the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Model. The program is an assessment based learning experience that helps individuals and organization understand what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team.

    During the program, your team will see how they score on the key components of the Five Behaviors model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Each individual on the team will also learn about their own DiSC Style and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

  • Building Better Relationships - Building Better Teams

    We will spend the morning working on helping all employees to build more effective relationships and ultimately, improve the quality of the workplace. The session will focus on helping your employees become aware of how their personal style affects outcomes. Employees will learn about the styles of their coworkers and come to understand how to solve difficult problems.

    In the afternoon, participants will learn the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and consider how their personal behaviors contribute to the success of their own team. We will look at what makes high performing teams work. Individual communication styles will be studied and applied to assertive communication techniques. We will discuss ways to avoid wasting time and energy on politics, confusion, and destructive conflict.
