Stacy is an excellent educator who always has his mind open to new ideas. The teaching environment at his firm is relaxed, encourages participation, and easily allows you to apply the lessons to real situations. If the lesson plan doesn’t quite fit your organization’s needs, he will quickly work with you to find the right solution. A real "find"!!

As more and more organizations see the benefits of teamwork and employee involvement, the greater the need to help individuals become a “member” of the team. Work Team Skills defines the concept of teamwork, its history, and how it is applied to an organization. Participants will identify characteristics of an effective team, examine the roles and responsibilities of individuals on a team, and list the steps in effective action planning designed to enhance the effectiveness of the team. The curriculum includes a discussion of team development and opportunities to practice ways in which teams can improve their effectiveness.
