Advanced Management, Inc. (AMI) was founded in 1988 by Dr. Stacy Myers to provide services to make business and manufacturing processes more profitable by managing a company’s human resources more effectively. AMI has implemented numerous Organizational Development interventions in several industrial and business settings. AMI has worked with senior management to facilitate strategic thinking and operational planning, installed selection systems, succession planning systems, organization climate surveys, and has access to systems that enhance the structural integrity and organization effectiveness for our clients.     Work Team Skills defines the concept of teamwork, its history, and how it is applied to an organization. Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!
