Aligned Intent is a culmination of life experiences drawing me towards helping others. After spending over twenty years in sales, training & communication, I had a desire for greater purpose. While I was very good at most roles I took on, I wasn't using all my talents to benefit others. In 2014, I founded Aligned Intent to facilitate this effort.

The name of the firm derives from the reality that most struggle to live in intentional alignment with our stated goals or even governing values. The closer we can bring ourselves into congruence, the more successful we will be–as a leader, as a team member or even as part of a family.

The objective of the firm is to help leaders and teams understand their current state, assess existing barriers to growth and work with them to execute a plan that will enable them to achieve their goals.
