My background is built on years of strong inside-the-organization experience. Working in corporate environments as a senior operational manager built extensive hands-on experience in strategies and techniques that create capable teams and cultivate productive workplaces. Combined with expertise as an external leadership and team advisor, my unique mix of experience, knowledge and imaginative approach brings practical, effective, high outcome initiatives to companies.
