Center for Internal Change is a small team of experienced learning professionals and facilitators who believe that relationships are central to the success of any organization. For over 30 years, we have worked to support teams and help them move to higher levels of results and connectedness.

We have developed an extensive toolbox over the years. This includes tools such as the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, the Everything DiSC Suite of tools, the Leadership Essential Series from Vital Learning and much more!

Because of this extensive tool box we are not quick to point to a given solution but we work to create a customized approach to the needs of a given team. Contact us to learn more.

  • I just wanted you to know that I have had an opportunity to put into practice what we learned at class. I was all in a tizzy on how to handle a complaint and I looked in the manual and thought " Hey -- I have done this -- and I can do this." The Managing Complaints skill steps WORKED perfectly! Thank you!
