Dawn Abbott, CSEP facilitator, trainer, business leader

Dawn Abbott, CSEP is CEO and Owner of Fun Productions, Inc. which she began in 1991. She is also the owner & the chief creative officer of Colorado Teambuilding Events and VIE Events which are the sister companies to Fun Productions, Inc.

Life’s path has taken Dawn on a journey to find her true gifts, strengths and purpose in Speaking, Coaching, Facilitation and training through her latest company Be Exceptional. She is an accredited DiSC, & Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team trainer/facilitator. Her speaking and workshop topics include; Being Exceptional (Motivation & Inspiration), Strategic Planning for business growth, Cohesive Teams, Team Productivity, The Work of Leaders, and Management Strategy. Dawn also does one to one executive coaching.

Dawn Abbott, CSEP served for 2 years as the Western Regional Vice-President for ILEA and served 6 years on the ILEA Denver Board of Directors. In 2011, she was inducted into the ILEA Hall of Fame as well as Colorado Meeting and Events Magazine Hall of Fame. Dawn has also served on the Meetings Industry Council Board and on the Denver Small Business Development Center advisory board and The Colorado Meetings and Events magazine Advisory Board.

Dawn has grown her small business from a tiny start up out of her home to a multi-office, 14,000 square foot warehouse and showroom with 40+ employees and multi-million dollar revenues. She credits her lack of creativity but very strong skills in business planning and logistics, as well as being a good leader who engages and empowers her team for the success she has.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

This program Includes:

  • 5-week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Access to learning resources online
  • Access to The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
