About Us

Cynthia L. Stuart
Cynthia L. Stuart

Born and raised on a dairy farm in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, I understand the concept of hard work and innovation to achieve results. My past experience includes working in corporate, government, and non-profit environments. I am not afraid to consider innovative and creative ways to meet objectives. After years of long commutes and working in corporate environments, it was time to live simply by helping others in more meaningful ways and Stuart Consulting was created.

My services include a comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities, an in-depth report that includes a project plan with timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. From identifying funding sources to project oversight, that’s how I ensure your organization's success.

Solutions

  • Building Trust

Trust is all about vulnerability. When team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another, they are able to build vulnerability-based trust. Team members who trust one another can be comfortable being open, even exposed, to one another regarding their failures, weaknesses, and fears. Trust is the basis for the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

  • Holding One Another Accountable

When everyone is committed to a clear plan of action, they will be more willing to hold one another accountable. When it comes to teamwork, accountability means the willingness of team members to remind one another when they are not living up to agreed-on performance standards. A transition to a culture where people have higher standards and accountability leads to results.

  • Focusing on Results

When a team fails to focus on results, it....
    - Rarely defeats its competitors
    - Loses achievement-oriented employees
    - Becomes easily distracted
    - Stagnates and fails to grow
