With a background in data analysis, Diane weaves together assessment data with intuition and creativity to help her clients gain perspective and make productive changes. In addition to leveraging The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ model, she incorporates research and engaging activities from neuroscience, applied behavioral science, and the arts into her work across industries, government organizations and nonprofits.

Diane holds an MA in organizational systems from LIOS/Saybrook University and an MS in computer science from the University of Washington.
