My Background

With over 30 years of experience working for world-class organizations, I have accelerated the development of high potential leaders at every level, in every region in the world.

Prior to launching my consultancy, I served as Worldwide Learning and Development Leader at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), creating their global learning strategy and leading BD University. Before joining BD, I was Corporate Vice President of Leadership Development at UBS Financial Services.

My Philosophy

I believe that many leaders and teams play it safe, staying well within their comfort zone. As a result, they fall short of their potential and become what I would describe as ordinary. Your work doesn’t have to be ordinary. Through a collaborative and research-based process, I can help you and your team move beyond “business as usual” and become extraordinary.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!
