Edgeline has been in business for 10 years, working with a variety of people and organizations throughout the world. Our facilitators have decades of experience in team development in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. We operate mainly out of West Michigan, but are willing to travel as necessary. The general approach in our work is one of combining the concepts of training, facilitation and coaching. Experiential activities are created and implemented to concretize learning, and information will be shared utilizing adult learning principles that integrate the life learning of the participants. Learning should be both active and fun; Edgeline Resources LLC (Edgeline) uses both of these principles in structuring all of its workshops to make learning and change effective and meaningful.
"...of all the leadership tools I've been given in the past few years, The Five Behaviors of a Team™ process seem like the most practical and useful..."
Edgeline Resources’ original training module helps to build a strong team from a collection of diverse individuals. We have paired our process with the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® from Wiley Workplace Solutions to bring you a tested and trusted process of team development. Our facilitators create a space that allows a team to develop the necessary skills to create a cohesiveness that gives your company a cutting edge. As Patrick Lencioni says, “your team is most leverageable asset”.
