Liz Ramos, Founder and CEO of Engeniate, guides C-level business leaders and their teams in creating strengths-based work cultures that accelerate success in productivity and profit. Through her proven team-building programs and leadership coaching, Liz’s clients learn how to leverage their particular strengths and core values for peak performance in achieving team, as well as individual, goals. Liz believes that each client engagement is a personal partnership, and she enjoys facilitating hands-on practical exercises with her teams where she can witness their powerful and immediate shifts from “knowing” to “doing.”

With over ten years in human resources management and triple-certified business coaching, Liz’s deep understanding of employee engagement and interpersonal communication skills have put her in demand by forward-thinking corporate clients. She conducts workshops, hosts meetups, and speaks on strengths-based work cultures throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and she is bilingual and bi-cultural in Spanish.     THE FIVE BEHAVIORS OF A COHESIVE TEAM is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals and organizations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team in the most approachable, competent, and effective way possible. Powered by Everything DiSC®, the profiles help participants understand their own DiSC® styles. Bringing together everyone’s personalities and preferences to form a cohesive, productive team takes work, but the payoff can be huge—for individuals, the team, and the organization.
    What does this program do? The program helps teams understand how, as a team, they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Each individual on the team will also understand their own personality style and their team members styles, based on the DiSC® model: D: Dominance, i: Influence, S: Steadiness, and C: Conscientiousness, and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

This program Includes:

  • 5-week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Access to learning resources online
  • Access to The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
