  • Can Management Vitals™ teach my managers the fundamentals of management?

    We know that leaders and managers need to learn how best to leverage their team’s talent. Management Vitals™, a FlashPoint original program, is a result of years of researching and implementing the best ways to equip leaders with the fundamental skills of management.

    Arranged into four blocks with a total of 16 versatile modules (each two hours long), you can customize your program to meet your managers' specific needs to create an engaging and beneficial experience. Participants will learn from a variety of materials, exercises, and assessments, including Everything DiSC® Management.
