The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program helps teams understand how, as a team, they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Each individual on the team will also understand his or her own personality style, their team members’ styles, and how each style contributes to the team’s overall success.
The initial program can be delivered in a 1-day format, 2-day format, or a full format of 16-32 hours spread over a period of time. Each option has different pros and cons that we are happy to discuss with you.
