    For leaders and their teams who want the rewards of a cohesive, productive team and are willing to commit to the effort involved in a high-impact solution, Edge Leadership Consulting is proud to offer the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ process, based on the internationally best-selling book by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program helps teams understand how, as a team, they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Each individual on the team will also understand his or her own personality style, their team members’ styles, and how each style contributes to the team’s overall success.

    The initial program can be delivered in a 1-day format, 2-day format, or a full format of 16-32 hours spread over a period of time. Each option has different pros and cons that we are happy to discuss with you.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
