Kirsten Meneghello, JD, ACC

Kirsten combines her strong leadership experience with her legal training to provide an illuminating and powerful experience for her clients. She specializes in coaching, training, and development for leaders. She has served clients in the following industries: professional services (legal, accounting, healthcare), manufacturing, outdoor apparel, consulting, and nonprofit organizations. Her knowledge and coaching skills helps her clients reach their professional goals, execute initiatives, and drive business results. She helps leaders create awareness of self and others, but always ties it back to actionable steps by focusing on outcomes and results.

Her approach helps leaders to get clarity around issues that are preventing them from maximizing their effectiveness, and results in:

The Five Behaviors™ model may seem intuitive and many have read Patrick Lencioni's book "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team," but Kirsten finds that many teams don't actually put these behaviors into practice. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!
