Illumination Coaching is here to support you with coaching, training, and development resources for your leaders and their teams. We collaborate with you to provide creative solutions that increase team effectiveness and employee engagement. We are passionate about people bringing their individual talents together to maximize results as a team. What sets us apart is the focus on being strategic and action-oriented, while also being approachable and down-to-earth.

​Like you, we seek to maximize people's skills and talents. We are invested in our clients and passionate about their success. It is important that our clients see an increase in employee engagement and ROI from leadership coaching and team development.

​Kirsten Meneghello is an ICF-certified coach, facilitator, and Authorized Partner for Wiley's Everything DiSC© and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™. She has proven leadership skills from over 20 years of nonprofit and corporate experience. Kirsten is an attorney and a member of the Oregon State Bar. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, singing karaoke, dancing, wine tasting, and supporting the Portland Timbers and Oregon Ballet Theatre. She is a volunteer lobbyist with Citizens' Climate Lobby and regular volunteer at Faith Cafe, an ecumenical provider of free meals.

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: To facilitate a learning experience that helps professionals and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. The Five Behaviors™ profile, which provides both individual and team feedback, is grounded in the model described in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the internationally best-selling leadership fable by Patrick Lencioni. With this program, participants will learn how, as a team, they score on the key components of the model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Additionally, the program is powered by Everything DiSC® and All Types™, personality models that help individuals understand themselves and others better. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team.

    The program can be customized to meet the needs and time constraints of your team: one-day program, three full days, or six half days.
