> Most questions focus on two areas of team performance: (1) How are we doing? and (2) What can we do to improve?
> Provides a comprehensive 40-page report that provides a valuable baseline measure of the team’s current situation in the areas of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results, and outlines a list of specific, actionable strategies the team can use to improve over time
> The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Assessment includes questions that will identify each team member’s personality style, using either Everything DiSC or an MBTI-compatible framework. The report will incorporate personality style into the narrative, offering additional perspective on a critical element of team cohesion
Prior to the session, participants will complete the The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessment, where they answer questions about the team’s strengths and weaknesses. Also included in the assessment are a number of questions about each team member’s individual personality preferences. The resulting report, which is distributed during the session, contains 40-pages of customized ideas and insights that will guide the teams on a journey to achieving deeper levels of cohesion.
