Testimonials for Integris Performance Advisors

  • Working with Integris has been such a bright spot for me both personally and professionally. I found such joy and friendship in our times together mapping out a strategy and executing on a vision for continued greatness at SoCalGas. THANK YOU for being such fantastic partners and really helping our team look so very good to our internal clients.

Chrystal EnseyOrganizational Effectiveness, Southern California Gas
  • The Integris team builds relationships based on trust. They have always been more interested in serving our needs than in “winning the gig” (I find this can be a rare quality in consultants). I have really appreciated their advice and support; they are a valued partner and sounding board.

Kimberly KochurkaDirector of Human Resources, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana
  • “I have not only retained dozens of management consultants over the past 25 years, but I was a management consultant myself for 7 years. I can unequivocally state that Integris Performance Advisors are top notch in their field. They have a breadth and depth of knowledge, skills, and abilities that is impressive — I would definitely recommend Integr

Norm AlbergDirector, King County Records and Licensing Services Division
  • Integris is the only firm I will hire for team building and strategic planning efforts! Our consultant, Gwen Voelpel, has successfully led our team through both in the last two years. Through Integris' competent facilitation, our team is the most cohesive it has ever been.

Megan PedersenKing County Director, Executive Office of Labor Relations
  • The consultants [at Integris] are articulate, knowledgeable, insightful, practical and highly professional. They helped facilitate our efforts to improve processes and promote a new management measurement approach in my department. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Brett again.

Solutions

  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Assessment

    > A 20-minute online assessment to be completed by each member of an intact team

    > Most questions focus on two areas of team performance: (1) How are we doing? and (2) What can we do to improve?

    > Provides a comprehensive 40-page report that provides a valuable baseline measure of the team’s current situation in the areas of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results, and outlines a list of specific, actionable strategies the team can use to improve over time

    > The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Assessment includes questions that will identify each team member’s personality style, using either Everything DiSC or an MBTI-compatible framework. The report will incorporate personality style into the narrative, offering additional perspective on a critical element of team cohesion

  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Workshop

Prior to the session, participants will complete the The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessment, where they answer questions about the team’s strengths and weaknesses. Also included in the assessment are a number of questions about each team member’s individual personality preferences. The resulting report, which is distributed during the session, contains 40-pages of customized ideas and insights that will guide the teams on a journey to achieving deeper levels of cohesion.

    > Build new levels of trust between team members

    > Learn how to have healthy debate about ideas so the team can gain higher levels of confidence and commitment to decisions that are made

    > Discover how to develop mechanisms that enable peers to more comfortably provide feedback and constructive criticism

    > Increase the team’s focus on shared results

  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Facilitator Accreditation

As an experienced facilitator, you’ve handled a lot of difficult situations during learning sessions. These are not your usual situations. That’s because the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is not your usual type of training.
The interactive Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team sessions may uncover issues that go very deep and resurface unhealthy team dynamics that span years, even decades. People get sad or angry. Leaders get defensive. Carefully crafted timelines get thrown out the window. Rehearsed scripts get rewritten on the fly.
It’s your chance to help a floundering team through the discomfort to achieve better team dynamics.
The facilitator accreditation training provides participants with expertise in using The Five Behaviors model. Participants develop skills in facilitating challenging conversations and handling emotional outbursts. They develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise.
