Intelektularo's mission is to help great thinkers and expert practitioners become impactful communicators and great leaders of diverse teams by working at the intersection of the individual and the organization. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ program is a simple but powerful tool for building awareness within teams, opening dialogue, and engendering lasting, positive change.

We begin by identifying your team’s strengths and challenges as well as your organizational goals. We then determine which assessment best suits your needs. Is your organization all about Everything DiSC®? The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team powered by Everything DiSC program works seamlessly with all Everything DiSC products and programs. Does your organization speak MBTI®? Then All Types™ is likely the right assessment for your team. Our Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® certified practitioners bring deeper experience to the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team powered by All Types program. Not sure? This unique and effective program helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members, and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

Our full-service program includes program design, administration and interpretation of individual and/or team assessments by a certified trainer, and fully-facilitated training sessions. Alternatively, for organizations with in-house training and development specialists, we can offer customizable assessments, facilitation materials, and train-the-trainer programs directly to you.

  • New Teams (Half or Full Day Session)

    For teams that have been together for less than two months, we offer half or full-day team-building sessions that introduce the Five Behaviors™ model and focus on building a strong foundation for an intact and productive team.

  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Program (Three One-Day Sessions )

    The Five Behaviors™ program helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

    The program is designed to be fast, practical and relevant – focusing on the team’s actual challenges and projects so that it feels less like “time away from work” and more like an activity devoted to things that really make a difference.

  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Progress Report Facilitated Discussion (Half Day)

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ provides a framework to help team members have deeper conversations about how they work together on a daily basis. Unlike other one-off team trainings, The Five Behaviors™ program incorporates ongoing elements that allow teams to return again and again to the model.

    The Five Behaviors Progress Review is for teams who have already taken the original The Five Behaviors assessment and participated in a training module. The Review session highlights areas of greatest improvement and decline, offers productive points of discussion, and provides an action plan to help teams prioritize and set specific goals.

    Each participant receives a Team Progress Report which provides a comparative analysis of progress made over a period of 6-12 months following the initial assessment and training.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a unique learning experience. Participants can become emotional. The team leader can be defensive. Timelines and scripts can get thrown out the window. As a facilitator, you can influence whether a team sees an uncomfortable moment through or misses out on the opportunity to grow.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

This program Includes:

  • 5-week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Access to learning resources online
  • Access to The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
