The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ provides a framework to help team members have deeper conversations about how they work together on a daily basis. Unlike other one-off team trainings, The Five Behaviors™ program incorporates ongoing elements that allow teams to return again and again to the model. The Five Behaviors Progress Review is for teams who have already taken the original The Five Behaviors assessment and participated in a training module. The Review session highlights areas of greatest improvement and decline, offers productive points of discussion, and provides an action plan to help teams prioritize and set specific goals.Each participant receives a Team Progress Report which provides a comparative analysis of progress made over a period of 6-12 months following the initial assessment and training.
