  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Tools

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ tools have a simple goal: To help team members discover how to build a truly cohesive and effective team. These assessment-based tools provide the team feedback with a focus on putting The Five Behaviors™ Model into practice. Each member will complete a team assessment baselining how well the team is working across 5 team behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results. Next, a Team Report will be generated providing a consolidated view of the team across the 5 behaviors. Working together, the team will recognize and celebrate areas it succeeds in and build an action plan to address the areas that scored low. Progress reports can be generated at a future date to check the team’s progress.

  • Team Development Initiative - Management Consulting

Partnering with your stakeholders, we will work with your Senior Leadership Team or a Functional In-tact Team to complete The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Initiative. It can be rolled out at a Team Retreat and completed over a period of time established by your stakeholders.
Specially, MRS will support our client with all facilitative activities requested in this team development requirement, including pre-meeting activities, meeting day facilitation and post-meeting work. Some of the post-meeting work include, but not limited to, documenting notes, writing formal reports, documenting recommendations, scripting major tasks, next steps and after-action items that need addressing. The final outcome will be a Team Development Initiative with goals, deliverables and target dates for completion.
