Are teams critical for your success? We view teams as the engines of organizations, and exceptional teams focus on both relationships and results. We are proud to be an Authorized Partner of the Five Behaviors, and offer a range of in-person, blended and virtual supports for team and their leaders.

Since 2004 we have partnered with organizations, their leaders and teams across Canada, the US, and 16 other countries globally to boost their results. An award-winning program design and coaching firm, Potentials Realized, is a Toronto-based performance improvement company, offering in-person and virtual coaching, training and consulting solutions. We have worked across a variety of industries from financial services, to health care, sales, education to safety. Our clients range from private and public sector to non-profit organizations. Our work has been recognized with a Prism Award for Excellence in Coaching from the International Coach Federation, in support of building a coaching culture with one of our health care clients.

Potentials Realized founder Jennifer Britton brings more than 25 years of team development experience, specializing in virtual and global team issues. A former manager with the United Nations, Jennifer is also the author of Effective Virtual Conversations (2017), Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009) and From One To Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013) . We specialize in team, coaching and virtual programming.

  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Behavioral Styles Based

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Powered by Everything DiSC® helps teams understand how to apply The Five Behaviors™ model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to their work culture. By utilizing Everything DiSC, a tool that helps build effective team communication and relationships, this program allows participants to learn about their own DiSC style — D: Dominance, i: Influence, S: Steadiness, and C: Conscientiousness — and discover how each style brings value to the team.
    Teams find both the Everything DiSC and Lencioni's Five Behaviors model a powerful combination for boosting their relationships and results.
    This program can be delivered as a one-day session, or over a series of seven-touch points. We are able to deliver it virtually, as well as in-person.

  • Team Coaching Support

    Team coaching provides an on-going series of conversations for teams to focus on what's most important to them. In addition to the Five Behaviors we use a number of different tools to help teams pinpoint and focus on the areas which are going to boost their relationships and results.

As a facilitator, you can influence whether a team sees an uncomfortable moment through or misses out on the opportunity to grow.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

This program Includes:

  • 5-week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Access to learning resources online
  • Access to The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
