Sally is a certified leadership coach and consultant who partners with organizations in developing leaders and teams that can better manage complexity. New perspectives and insights bring clients greater ease and clarity, unlocking the pathway to desired results.


In team development, Sally identifies current situation and immediate needs that will lead to greater success and engagement. Using The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team can provide the foundation and language for critical awarenesses and conversations that need to happen for the team to become more collaborative and effective.


Sally holds degrees in communications, psychology and neuroscience and is credentialed at the PCC level by the International Coaching Federation. She brings expertise in embodied leadership, adult development, generational dynamics, stress management and organizational resilience. She is authorized to deliver Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team programs.
