Solutions

  • Customized Team Solutions Using Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team

Whether it is true lack of trust, fear of productive conflict, accountability failure or team members who fail to truly commit to the team focus, getting results can be hard for many teams. Using the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, based on the DiSC(R) personality assessment, Strategists, Inc. creates customized solutions for client teams.

Some clients want to knock out training and change management theory in a day. Others want a more experiential process, where new behaviors can be learned and practiced in between ideally spaced multiple sessions.

Debbie Mason, president of Strategists, Inc. takes the time with clients to understand the cultural and historical barriers in place and then creates sessions filled with activities, learning and sharing - including homework between sessions - that really help crumble often long-standing barriers.

There is never a bad time to create positive change in your leadership team. Contact us to learn more.
