Sue has completed a Master’s of Organizational Development at Bowling Green Graduate School of Business, where she was the 1991 Minninger Foundation Fellow. She also holds a B. A. and M. A. in English. Her latest book is The Thin Book of® Naming Elephants: How to Surface Undiscussables for Greater Organizational Success. She spent ten years as an internal training and development consultant at Meredith Corporation and The Principal Financial Group. She has over twenty years of external consulting experience in a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies including JC Penney, American Airlines, Bell Helicopter, City of Dallas, Mary Kay, Coca-Cola, Pearson, and Sprint.
