I'm a Gazelles International Certified Coach who works with owner-managed companies, with at least 50 employees. The leaders of my client organizations are determined to scale their businesses. Further, they are often leaders who yearn to grow professionally and personally. Gazelles is an executive learning organization. We help companies apply the lessons laid out in Verne Harnish's 2000 classic, "Mastering the Rockefeller Habits" updated in 2015 with the publication of "Scaling Up."

There are 10 Rockefeller Habits and they are always headed by habit #1, which is that unless the Executive Team is healthy and aligned, you're not going to be able to achieve what you want without needless drama and wasted time.

Having grown companies, I have come to believe that most leadership team would benefit greatly by learning, and applying the principles building trust, learning to have healthy conflict, truly committing to decisions, hold each other accountable and finally paying attention to collective results.

I have 30 years of experience as a founder and CEO in building and operating businesses. I graduated from Wisconsin, and then completed my MBA at the Lubar School of Business of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. The companies I ran ranged from a start-up, which I founded, to an organization of 175 full-time employees with five locations in central New Jersey where I was President.

    This program can be delivered in one or two day formats. It includes 7 modules with over 40 minutes of video. It also includes individual participant profiles, we use as I facilitate the sessions.

    This is a learning experience that helps individuals on a team understand what it takes to build a truly cohesive team, that can make better decisions, faster. It's also about gaining true individual commitment and buy-in to the decisions and holding each other accountable to collective results.

As a facilitator, you can influence whether a team sees an uncomfortable moment through or misses out on the opportunity to grow.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

This program Includes:

  • 5-week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Access to learning resources online
  • Access to The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
