The Five Behaviors™ program utilizes workplace personality assessments to help participants understand the personalities on their team and how they can effectively work together. Learn more about each assessment. You can choose from the Everything DiSC® assessment based on the DiSC™ behavioral styles, or choose the All Types™ assessment based on Jungian types, MBTI® compatible.
The program facilitator receives an Annotated Team Report. This is a valuable facilitation tool that is used in preparing and during the session. This report is a duplicate of the actual team profile that includes scoring interpretation and expanded explanations of profile content. Additionally, there is an appendix that includes a ranking of all assessment items by team average, the team’s percentile for each of the five behaviors, and benchmark comparison data for all teams who have taken the assessment.

A team is ready for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Progress Report 6–12 months after taking their first Five Behaviors assessment. The Progress Report highlights areas of greatest improvement and decline, offers productive points of discussion, and provides an action plan to help teams prioritize and set specific goals. You'll be able to compare how a team’s performance has changed over time and highlight areas of greatest improvement and of greatest decline.
