Transpective Diagnostic Tools is an affiliate of Transpective Business Consulting and has been delivering diagnostic solutions to companies for over 17 years. We are in the "people" business - we help people become more effective and more efficient. Our custom design solutions, use researched based assessments that are the best in the industry. Bob has been leading organizational development initiatives since 1997. Prior to consulting and executive/team coaching Bob worked in several industries in management roles with P&L accountability. Bob's consulting niche has been in organizational transformation and leadership development - with a focus on vertical development.

Bob's hands-on work running a business with P&L experience has allowed him to have a deep understanding of management and people dynamics before he began consulting in 1997.

    The program facilitator receives an Annotated Team Report. This is a valuable facilitation tool that is used in preparing and during the session. This report is a duplicate of the actual team profile that includes scoring interpretation and expanded explanations of profile content. Additionally, there is an appendix that includes a ranking of all assessment items by team average, the team’s percentile for each of the five behaviors, and benchmark comparison data for all teams who have taken the assessment.

The Progress Report highlights areas of greatest improvement and decline, offers productive points of discussion, and provides an action plan to help teams prioritize and set specific goals.

    You'll be able to compare how a team’s performance has changed over time and highlight areas of greatest improvement and of greatest decline.
