Patricia Stepler
Gain the competitive advantage of teamwork.

Are you frustrated watching all the talented individuals not be able to function as a team? Do you wonder if there is a way to get your team to move at a faster pace toward accomplishing the organizational goals? Well, look no further than Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

Patricia Stepler knows the ups and downs of building working teams. Years ago she volunteered to spearhead a committee to lead a cultural change in her workplace. As you might imagine without having the tools and knowledge of how to build a team, she did just about everything wrong. It was about that time in her life that she was introduced to the personality styles of DISC.

Patricia developed an interest in the power of the mind and positive thinking early in her career while an educator. She attended numerous conferences and conventions to hear and purchase books and programs from dozens of great speakers and leaders in the field.

One of the most impactful seminars she attended was one based on the identification of the DISC personality styles. She became fascinated with the accuracy of the profile reports and spent time diving deeper into the learning of the styles. Utilizing this information helped her to work with people of all ages in a more effective way. It also empowered her ability as she worked as a member or in the leadership capacity of various teams and committees.

Upon developing an understanding of the various personality styles and intensive study in leadership she was able to repair most of the mistakes she made and build a cohesive team that instituted the changes necessary to make forward progress to change the culture of the organization.

Patricia is excited to be able to introduce to your organization the Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams™ so that you will not go through the difficult wasted time of figuring out how to build a team on your own.

You can use this program along with Patricia's expertise in building cohesive teams.

Patricia and Your Dream Power Organization is available for trainings, seminars, keynote addresses, and presentations for businesses, companies, corporations and other organizations.
