Dawn Frail is the President of Athena Executive Education Inc., a boutique leadership development firm that specializes in strategic leadership programs. Dawn has spent the past 25 years helping leaders in both Canada and the USA develop their leadership potential and unleash the talent in their teams.

She holds a Master's degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a diploma in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto/OISE, and a diploma in Computer Programming and Systems from DeVry Institute.
