    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is an assessment-based learning experience that helps people discover what it takes to build a high-performing team. Taking into consideration personalities and preferences to develop a cohesive, productive team takes work, but the payoff can be huge—for your people, the team, and the organization.

    Fully scripted Facilitator’s Guide includes supporting presentation materials and participant handouts. Through the use of experiential activities, video, and discussion, an intact team is lead through the powerful The Five Behaviors model, learning and practicing the behaviors that will make the team more cohesive and improve its performance.

    Seven modules from 1 to 3 ½ hours in length. Each module includes:

  • Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Certification

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ gives organizations an action plan that will improve their teams effectiveness. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling leadership book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this program focuses on putting The Five Behaviors model into practice.

    Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for at least two years at which point you have the option to renew.

    This course will help participants gain confidence and expertise using The Five Behaviors model and course material. Participants will learn to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations during Five Behaviors sessions.
