Ashli Komaryk has been working for nearly two decades in the areas of organizational leadership, training, coaching, communications and marketing. She has helped teams in North America, Europe and the Caribbean, in the private, not-for-profit as well as governmental sectors.Ashli earned her bachelor’s degree in art history (taken entirely in Italian) during her 14-year stay in Parma, Italy and while there she also earned her Level II Sommelier certification. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada with specialization the field of Communications and Public Relations Management. A certified coach, Ashli is deeply motivated to help create positive relationships in the workplace. She finds it incredibly gratifying to be a “force for good” in strengthening workplace teams, removing conflict and powering the most productive, trust-based teams possible!Ashli speaks and writes fluent Italian and has a working knowledge of French.
