Ashli Komaryk, Komaryk Communications & Beyond the Wine

Ashli Komaryk has been working for nearly two decades in the areas of organizational leadership, training, coaching, communications and marketing. She has helped teams in North America, Europe and the Caribbean, in the private, not-for-profit as well as governmental sectors.

Ashli earned her bachelor’s degree in art history (taken entirely in Italian) during her 14-year stay in Parma, Italy and while there she also earned her Level II Sommelier certification. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada with specialization the field of Communications and Public Relations Management.
A certified coach, Ashli is deeply motivated to help create positive relationships in the workplace. She finds it incredibly gratifying to be a “force for good” in strengthening workplace teams, removing conflict and powering the most productive, trust-based teams possible!

Ashli speaks and writes fluent Italian and has a working knowledge of French. Her high-energy personality and enthusiasm have been known to be contagious.

This branch of Komaryk Communications is focused on customer service and sales training for winery tasting room teams and leadership training and coaching for the managers who lead them!
We like to say “there’s more than wine inside that bottle of wine” so take your training “Beyond the Wine” and ensure your sales team is trained to communicate and listen to your guests so they can understand what they’re really seeking.
