Hannah Brown, Learning Consultant and Coach: Performance Matters serving SW Ontario

Hannah brings her 15+ years’ experience to organizations in South Western Ontario, where finding talent can be particularly challenging. She helps organizations develop their internal capabilities through learning strategies; curriculum design; and, development and coaching.

Learning strategies include transitioning from in-person to online learning and development. Curriculum design focuses on onboarding new employees so they quickly reach ‘in-job’ competence and confidence. Custom-designed development and coaching is created for leaders (sr. leaders, managers, and supervisors) and their teams; employees; sales and customer services representatives. These programs are performance-based, which means they support business objectives and focus on changing behaviour.

    For supervisors, managers and leaders and their teams, Hannah leverages DiSC Management, Productive Conflict, Work of Leaders and DiSC 363.
