  • "Building a cohesive team is extremely hard. But's it's also simple."

So says Patrick Lencioni, New York Times’ best-selling author of books including The Advantage: Why Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else in Business, The Five Temptations of a CEO, Getting Naked, Silos, Politics & Turf Wars and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. In the latter, ground breaking book, Lencioni’s research reveals five dysfunctions that a team must overcome in order to effectively accomplish its goals or “what it sets out to achieve.”

These dysfunctions include the absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results.

We will work with you and your team on each of the behaviors that turn dysfunction into trusting relationships where team members don't fear healthy, constructive conflict in order to commit to common goals and actions. Teams that can engage in these first behaviors aren't afraid to hold one another for results and have one another's backs.
