Andrea Hoffer, brings a unique perspective to business consulting. A former franchisee, she knows first-hand the everyday challenges of motivating employees, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting business and revenue goals. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Andrea worked in colleges and universities, focusing on student leadership development, event planning, and revenue producing operation management.

Andrea founded AHA! Business Consulting in 2010, drawing upon 20 years of management and training experience in retail operations including spa, bowling/pool hall, copy center, and product driven retail stores. Her passion for learning about what motivates others and her desire to help individuals and teams grow were the driving forces to create AHA! Andrea has helped clients achieve their goals through effective communication, challenging the norm, and organization strategies.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew.
