Our individual coaching provides a confidential, non-judging resource to help people work through their challenges and move forward with meaningful impact. Our approach balances a concern for people with a focus on results and outcomes. ​

Our team coaching approach generates open, honest, constructive feedback through interviews or group meetings. We use assessments to create conversation that helps team members get beyond superficial issues. The perspective this brings enables the team to leverage each other’s strengths and truly collaborate to achieve results.

We leverage peer coaching to build learning communities. Focused on an organizational need for a new capability or behaviour, our process combines content that adds to the group's knowledge with coaching skills to support and learn from each other.

We bring a business perspective that comes from industry breadth, different functional expertise and senior level experience with some of Canada’s leading and most reputable organizations - Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, Sony, CIBC, Kraft, Magna International, and J. Walter Thompson – in HR/Leadership Development and Marketing/Advertising.

We are accredited coaches and members of the International Coach Federation, and practice according to their competencies and ethics.
