About Us

Bonnie H. Reiner
Bonnie Reiner, Principal, BHR Training Inc.

My background is built on years of strong inside-the-organization experience. Working in corporate environments as a senior operational manager built extensive hands-on experience in strategies and techniques that create capable teams and cultivate productive workplaces. Combined with expertise as an external leadership and team advisor, my unique mix of experience, knowledge and imaginative approach brings practical, effective, high outcome initiatives to companies.

As an accredited trainer and consultant, I continue to be passionate about building business value and return on investment through people. Leaders and teams collaborating effectively is a cornerstone of growth and profitability.

Bottomline, if you are seeking greater business performance, collaborating together on solutions will create highly-functioning teams and drive exceptional results for your organization. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team workshop builds a team’s in-depth understanding of its members and the steps to creating a highly integrated, effective work group. I work with your leaders at each step to customize The Five Behavior workshop and processes to deliver the most impact for your company.

The Five Behaviors focuses on team dynamics across five fundamentals:
-Trust one another
-Engage in conflict around ideas
-Commit to decisions
-Hold one another accountable
-Focus on achieving collective results

Through this dynamic learning event, I facilitate the process for your team to recognize its own unique strengths and areas needing improvement and to identity and implement changes to create a higher level of performance in your workplace.

We could never have done this without having gone through the Five Behaviors program. It’s a fabulous tool to develop any team. But what made it so successful was Bonnie's skill.

Build Trust. Transform Culture. Rise Together.

Unlock team potential by developing individuals' collaborative skills, and build stronger teams one employee at a time.

Personal Development was designed specifically to work for individuals: participants do not need to be part of the same team. Rather, participants can carry the takeaways of this program from one team to the next, enabling a culture of teamwork. Learners at all levels of an organization can benefit from this program and adopt its powerful principles, shape behaviors, and create a common language that empowers people to rewrite what it means to work together.
