Many mid-career professional reach a point in life when they question what comes next. At Blue Horizon Solutions, we equip leaders to navigate complex challenges with purpose. Our mission is to develop customized learning solutions that help you to lead extraordinary teams, build sustainable organizations, and change the world for good in the process.

With over 20 years experience in corporate learning and leadership development, our Founder, Shelli Hendricks launched Blue Horizon Solutions. As a Professional Certified Coach, she guides next generation leaders, as they take their potential to the next level. In addition to a Master of Science in Education, she will complete her dissertation toward a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University. Her research interest is exploring how mid-career professionals evaluate, rediscover and reinvent their identity.
