With over 20 years experience in corporate learning and leadership development, Shelli Hendricks launched Blue Horizon Solutions. As a Professional Certified Coach, she guides next generation leaders, as they take their potential to the next level. In addition to a Master of Science in Education, she will complete her dissertation toward a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University. Her research interest is exploring how responsible, transformational leaders emerge.
