Based in Vancouver (Lower Mainland), CareerPath Learning was created by Bruce Benoit to provide clients with customized tools that are designed to overcome common workplace inefficiencies.     Based on the work of Patrick Lencioni’s international best-seller The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Powered by Everything DiSC® helps teams apply The Five Behaviors™ model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to drive team effectiveness and productivity. The program uses Everything DiSC, a tool that helps build effective team communication and relationships, to help participants understand their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team.

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Powered by All Types is designed exclusively for teams within organizations that apply tools based on Jung’s theory of psychological types, like the MBTI instrument[1], as their preferred indicator of personality.     The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help your clients hone their skills as facilitators of this unique program. Your clients will gain expertise in using the model and accompanying course material, earning the credential of a Five Behaviors™ Accredited Facilitator.

    Although the course uses The Five Behaviors™ Powered by Everything DiSC®, the credential also applies to the use of The Five Behaviors™ Powered by All Types™. If your client is interested in learning about the All Types version of the profile, see the Facilitator Accreditation Supplemental Training section on the Five Behaviors Client Education page.

  • The Five Behaviors™ Facilitator Re-Accreditation

    The Five Behaviors Facilitator Re-Accreditation course is for Five Behaviors™ Accredited Facilitators whose two-year credential is about to expire. Getting re-accredited allows clients to gain permanent status as an Accredited Facilitator and expand their expertise, focusing on ways to help teams get the most out of their Five Behaviors experience.

    Learner Take-Aways:

    Refreshed knowledge in Core Concepts.
    Ability to understand a team more deeply through Trust scores.
    Insight and tools for keeping the Five Behaviors alive after the workshop.
