The Center for Conscious Leadership LLC is passionate about helping leaders increase their self-awareness, overcome communication blind spots and deepen their connections with others so they may have a positive impact in their workplace and community.

I am a champion and catalyst for authentic & conscious leadership. I invite leaders to get present with themselves and develop the capacity for deep self-awareness so they more easily collaborate rather than coerce others; embrace rather than reject differences; and innovate new approaches rather than replicate old patterns.
