The 5 Behaviors Assessment helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The online assessment consists of 3 sections:1. A Team Survey2. A Team Culture Questionnaire 3. An adapted version of Everything DiSC personality profile with personalized resultsAt the time of facilitation, team members will receive the cumulative results of the team assessment as well as individualized results based on their Everything DiSC profile. Individual profiles help team members identify how their style and the styles of others each uniquely impact the team. This program can be facilitated over the course of one-day. It is recommended that teams spend an afternoon of one day and the morning of the following day to complete this training.
