An Everything DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Authorized Partner

Connections Inc. Employee Assistance Program provides holistic assistance products and services that support optimum productivity, teamwork and healthy community in the workplace.

Along with providing traditional employee assistance services, Connections EAP maintains a strong emphasis on developing COMPETENT and CONFIDENT leaders who lead ENGAGED teams.

The 5 Behaviors Assessment helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

The online assessment consists of 3 sections:
1. A Team Survey
2. A Team Culture Questionnaire
3. An adapted version of Everything DiSC personality profile with personalized results

At the time of facilitation, team members will receive the cumulative results of the team assessment as well as individualized results based on their Everything DiSC profile. Individual profiles help team members identify how their style and the styles of others each uniquely impact the team.

This program can be facilitated over the course of one-day. It is recommended that teams spend an afternoon of one day and the morning of the following day to complete this training.

The program uses Everything DiSC, a tool that helps build effective team communication and relationships, to help participants understand their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team.
