Perry Anne Scott Headshot
Perry Anne Scott, Owner and Principal, Converge Coaching & Consulting, LLC

At Converge, we’re dedicated to helping organizations become better places to work, with stronger leaders, and a healthier bottom line.

How do we do this? First, we listen to you. We want to understand your goals, your gaps, your frustrations, and your hopes.

Once we understand this, we can assist in a variety of ways, including helping you to…

1. Shape your culture with intention. We help you sharpen your focus on who you are as an organization, what you do, and how you do it.

2. Align talent with your culture. We help you get the right people in the right seats.

3. Develop great managers and leaders. We help you to lead more effectively and create a healthier work climate for your people.

4. Cultivate high performing teams. We help teams have the right kinds of conversations and work better together.

Perry Anne specializes in building organizational capability by developing people toward business results. Her experience over the past two decades spans Fortune 500 companies such as Delta Air Lines and Newell Rubbermaid, to mid-size companies, local non-profits, and ministries.
