Bob is the President, principal coach and consultant of "Cowper Leadership & Management Development Inc." An extensive executive background in policing and security operations has allowed Bob to bring transferrable leadership and management skills to his business in order to assist executives and companies to develop the full potential of their present and emerging leaders.

Executives and their companies are constantly on the search for a competitive advantage and a lot of Fortune 500 companies have learned that adopting the disciplined behaviours found in military, law enforcement, sports and the arts can help them to gain that advantage they seek. We help companies do just that through coaching executives and management teams.
