Cheryl Christensen, Founder and Principal

Cheryl brings personal experience with the 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program having participated in it personally while a member of a new Business Operations Leadership team at Oracle in 2017. The program provides critical data and insight regarding the effectiveness of the team and ongoing coaching as the team embraces the principles taught in the training and change management program.

Pulling from over 30 years of experience developing and training teams, she can help your organization prepare the future leaders needed to support the growth of the organization. After conducting thorough needs assessments, she has developed solutions and customized training programs for private, publicly traded, and government accounts including NASA, IBM, Intel, Harris Corporation, Honeywell, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Los Alamos Labs, Sandia Labs, Grumman, Ingalls Shipyards, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Coast Guard.

For the last five a half year, Cheryl has designed, built, and delivered critically important training for sales teams as she led the America's Region sales training for IHS Markit, Inc. (IHS Group, Inc.) and Oracle Data Cloud, the newest pillar of offerings, Data as a Service (DaaS) for Oracle, Inc. in Seattle, Washington as Director of Sales Enablement and Training.

With a Business degree from Brigham Young University, a Post-Baccalaureate Degree in Education from Arizona State University, a Masters in Educational Technology, and All But Dissertation towards a PhD in eLearning and Educational Technology at Northcentral University in Prescott, Arizona, Cheryl is familiar with the latest tools in use by major technology corporations. Having worked in academia for nine years first as a Secondary Educator, and an Assistant Professor at Grand Canyon University, she understands adult learning theory and application. She is especially prepared to help start-ups find low cost resources while delighting students, the critical people investment.

Become an Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors® Team Development to unlock organizations’ untapped potential with this breakthrough program. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or new to this team development solution, this course will increase your knowledge and strengthen your Five Behaviors facilitation skills.

With The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation, you will dive deep into the Five Behaviors model and facilitation best practices. This five-week course will help you build the confidence and expertise to navigate The Five Behaviors Team Development sessions, fine-tuning your skills to deliver an effective experience for any team.

Online Program Includes:

  • Five week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Three to four hours of self-directed online study per week
  • Final exam
  • Accreditation certificate
  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew

The Five Behaviors offers SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 19 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation.
