Too often, prevailing work culture has incentivized people to remain compliant and avoid risk. Society's feel-of-separation has heightened the artificial Fear we have for each other. Financial implications of wrong-doing have compounded the effect on collective psyche. The modern Service economy is ridiculously hyper competitive. This is accelerating our individual sense of Separation, sparking us into an artificial sense of fight-or-flight for personal survival, putting us into individual competition with one another.

David's ultimate goal is to challenge the Belief's that perpetuate this artificial Fear, replacing them instead with Direct Shared Experiences between Team members who engage in meaningful Shared Reflection. Perception is reality for the individual. Isn't it important that we Share reality to become an effective Team? Are we effective with our Customers, if we are ineffective as a Team? Imagine a scenario where Customer is literally ON the Team with us?

The next generation organization MUST Inspire and Leverage all of the Talent they hire to co serve the org’s mission. Many organization’s are now awakening to the essence of the problem. The brave minority of corporations and causes are now scrambling to adapt their prevailing collective mindset about how best to create REAL value for the part of society their Mission is aligned to serve.

Facilitator Accreditation

Whether you’re a seasoned expert or new to this team development solution, this course will increase your knowledge and strengthen your Five Behaviors facilitation skills.

With The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation, you will dive deep into the Five Behaviors model and facilitation best practices. This five-week course will help you build the confidence and expertise to navigate The Five Behaviors Team Development sessions, fine-tuning your skills to deliver an effective experience for any team.

Online Program Includes:

  • Five week course plus pre-work
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led sessions
  • Three to four hours of self-directed online study per week
  • Final exam
  • Accreditation certificate
  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook

Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley course and passing of the accompanying exam. Accreditation is valid for two years at which point you have the option to renew

The Five Behaviors offers SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 19 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation.
