Elizabeth Anne Ruiz, founder of EAR Enterprises, educational background includes graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown. She is working towards her MBA at The University of Texas of the Permian Basin, and a second master's, Executive Master of Science of Strategic Communication at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Ruiz begins her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership in 2019. The doctoral program curriculum is both strategically focused and innovative, aligning contemporary leadership theory with today's best leadership practices.

Ruiz helps to build leaders with a solid foundation, she believes the foundation for successful leadership development is learning which her training produces through behavioral change, mindset growth, and self-efficacy. She specializes in helping people master soft skills to propel them forward creating exceptional results and purpose in their school, personal, and professional life.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you gain confidence, credential, and expertise as a consultant and facilitator of this very powerful team-improvement program.

Learn how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations. Develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. This course will prepare you for any situation!
