We partner with companies globally to create healthy organizations using the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Our goal is to empower organizations to overcome workplace challenges and create positive change. We share our values of passion and service by building relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their goals.

We offer two programs:

Five Behaviors Personal Development:
The 1-day workshop teaches individuals to become better teammates. Personal Development was designed specifically to work for individuals; participants do not all need to be part of the same team. Rather, participants can carry the takeaways of this program from one team to the next, enabling a culture of teamwork. Learners at all levels of an organization can benefit from this program and adopt its powerful principles, shape behaviors, and create a common language that empowers people to rewrite what it means to work together.

Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
3-day workshop for teams: Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members—based on the Everything DiSC® model—and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

Elizabeth A. Harris-Ruiz, founder of EAR Enterprises holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies, Summa Cum Laude. She completes her second master's degree this December, an Executive Master of Science in Strategic Communication. Elizabeth is also in a Ph.D. program earning her doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Ruiz helps to build leaders with a solid foundation, she believes the foundation for successful leadership development is learning which her training produces through behavioral change, mindset growth, and self-efficacy. She specializes in helping people master soft skills to propel them forward creating exceptional results and purpose in their life.
