My Background

With over 30 years of experience working for world-class organizations, I have accelerated the development of high potential leaders at every level, in every region in the world.

Prior to launching my consultancy, I served as Worldwide Learning and Development Leader at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), creating their global learning strategy and leading BD University. Before joining BD, I was Corporate Vice President of Leadership Development at UBS Financial Services.

I believe that many leaders and teams play it safe, staying well within their comfort zone. As a result, they fall short of their potential and become what I would describe as ordinary.
