Lead With Whole Heart is supporting development of leaders and leadership teams across the world since 2014.
Founded by Elena Khomenko, an Executive Coach with more than 15 years of experience in leading teams on three continents, Lead With Whole Heart works with leaders and their organizations to build capacity for candid and purposeful conversations that help create meaningful work, responsible business, and fulfilling lives.
Our recent team and leadership development projects supported an engineering leadership team from a global manufacturing leader, a strategic development team of a major Canadian non-profit, and a management development initiative within a national regulator in Europe.

    This interactive workshop supports teams in finding their approach to overcome Five Dysfunctions of a Team, as defined by Patrick Lencioni, The New York Times best-selling author. The 1- or 3- day workshop includes team assessment and interactive exercises that help participants to learn about their personal styles of team cooperation and how they contribute to team's overall success.
    As a result of a workshop, the participants will have individual development plans and a Team Charter, that would serve them as a road map to becoming a high-performing team.

    Based on the concepts developed by The New York Times best-selling author, Patrick Lencioni, this program starts with the assessment of the participants assessments, includes an interactive workshop to practice the 4 behaviors and prepare an individual development plan. 3 months of one-on-one coaching will support participants in their work to become better teammates and better team leaders.
