Getting teams to produce consistent business results is a challenge. This 3-day program goes from initial individual assessment of any working team through facilitation of all 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. We explore the perceptions that people have and the concerns and issues that keep them from contributing 100%. After understanding individuals and their styles and goals better, the team works on developing action plans to improve peer accountability and team results.
