Diana Welch, Owner and Lead Consultant

HRMS was started in 2006 by owner Diana Welch, SHRM Certified Professional, SPHR. I have impacted hundreds of audiences and I am known for my humor and connection with people. I am a seasoned Human Resource Executive with more than 30 years of experience. I not only teach it, I have done it and I put those skills to use in my interactive trainings and coaching sessions. I bring high energy, professionalism, and a spirit of service to my work with clients.

As a business consultant/coach, I provide HR consulting services, leadership coaching, supervision/management essentials training, conflict resolution, employee engagement, team building retreats, customer service, building a high-performance culture, and Crucial Conversations program training. I assistance with recruitment, job descriptions, advertising, applicant screening, behavioral based interviewing, reference checking and job offers.

I am an authorized partner and Certified Everything DiSC® Trainer. I offer the assessments reports, coaching and training for Everything DiSC: Workplace; Management; Productive Conflict; Work of Leaders; and 363 for Leaders

I am also an authorized partner for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team based on the best-selling Patrick Lencioni book. I offer the assessments, reports, coaching and training for the program.

We build skills and confidence through individual or group coaching. We help you improve staff relations. Emphasis is placed on showing respect, seeking input, recognizing good actions, increasing productivity and motivation. We can help you to become outstanding at root cause problem solving, project management and implementation.

I have worked in the public and private sectors, healthcare, manufacturing, business and agricultural. I focus on a client's specialized needs and offer targeted solutions. Whether a business requires on-going program development or a single project, HRMS has the skills to respond to those needs.
