For over 20 years she has worked in a variety of corporate positions including internal management consultant, human resources manager, data center operations manager, customer service manager, sales proposal and marketing manager. She has coached, led, and trained large, diverse teams located all over the United States. She has also served as a labor relations manager and trained and facilitated many employee involvement and quality improvement groups.She graduated with honors in Interpersonal Communications from Hiram College, in Hiram, Ohio. She also completed a postgraduate Program for Developing Managers at Simmons College, in Boston. Kelly is a Trained DiSC Facilitator. She has coached many managers in interpreting their 360 assessment. She has extensive training from Coach U in business and life coaching and holds the designation of Registered Corporate Coach. She is a member of The American Society for Training & Development, The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, and the Organizational Change Alliance.
